HOME RENOVATION LOAN UNDER PARTNERSHIP WITH FEDERAL MORTGAGE BANK OF NIGERIA

If the loan is under the Partnership Programme with the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) for Home Renovation Loan the following are required:

Letter of Introduction from the employer
Letter of Request by the applicant.
Application Form issued by Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and the Federal Government Staff Housing Loans Board.
Letter of Confirmation appointment/Gazette appointment
Photocopy of Staff l. ID. Card
Photocopy of NHF Passbook Bio data Page.
Applicant’s Three (3) Months Current Pay slip
Bill of Quantity property to be renovated (optional)
1st Guarantor Form
1st Guarantor I.D. Card
1st Guarantor one (1) month pay slip.
