properties are located.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1375\" data-end=\"1520\"><p data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1520\">Conducting post-loan approval inspections of construction-funded projects with a view to recommending a second installment to beneficiaries.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1665\"><p data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1665\">Issuing mandatory clearance certificates\/letters for retiring Federal Government Staff for the purposes of processing payments of benefits.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1876\"><p data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1876\">Partnering with approved Federal and State Government-owned Housing\/Mortgage Agencies, including private estate developers identified by workers, for the provision of affordable houses to public servants.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FUNCTIONS OF THE BOARD The Board was primarily established to grant housing loans to public servants in the employment of the Federal Government to enable them: Build a residential house in Nigeria.
