- if the provisional offer IS from a private vendor, the original letter of offer, two photocopies of vendor’s Deed of Conveyance, lease or certificate of occupancy/right of Occupancy including a letter of undertaking to surrender to the Board all legal documents on the land/property.
- If the provisional offer is from the Federal/State Housing Corporation/Board/Authority, the Original Letter of Offer/Allocation and an undertaking to surrender to the Board all legal documents on the land/property.
